Hi Michael, this is a nice idea. I was tipped off to the blog from the Poetics list today. A quick search on the WorldCat database shows only four libraries in the US have the book: Yale, Harvard, Cornell, and the NY Public Lib. (Library of Congress has it, but that's a given). Only other listing is Cambridge University.
